Google Android Tablet won't start?

My daughters Google Android tablet, with 4gb micro card , won't start. She accidently charged it with her cell phone charger that is a 5.2volt charger and the tablet is a 5 volt set up. The maker of the tablet is actually Kaser Model VF723 8 G.Did she ruin the battery and/or the tablet ? Is there maybe a fuse that would protect if it was over charged ? Can this be fixed ?

She may not have ruined it.

I actually can't really find much on a Kaser tablet. But I think you should try to do a factory reset. If there is no small 'pinhole' about the size of a paper clip, try holding down volume up and the power button at the same time for at least 10 seconds and see if that does a reboot / factory reset.

If there is a pinhole, stick a paperclip in there to reset.
