How to get better at basketball when injured?
I sprained my ankle yesterday. It's not as bad as some other sprains i've had, but it's swollen up really badly. And the other side of my feet hurts too....on the opposite side of the ankle. What can I do to get better still

I wouldn't chance it, man. You should take time and recover fully, because if you train, you might strain your ankle even more and it'll be even worse, with longer recovery time. So take it easy for a few days, cool it down with ice and you'll be back in tip-top condition :)
