It is a simple solution to this. According to the Y!A guidelines you are advised to start your questions with:
Who
What
When
Where
Why
How.
Avoid any words that would require the "you" or "I" e.g. Can, Would, etc., as this is considered to be chat. Reporting trolls have a field day with these so remember not to use them.
I have answered this question in all good faith, honestly, with respect and within the guidelines of Y!A.

Some trolls report your questions/answers even if they aren't bad. You can call community service or write an appeal to get your account back but I doubt it will work, especially if they've basically banned you.

I think it's automated. They just say that so they don't have to work on the weekends...
