how can i convince my strict father to let me pierce my belly button?

tell him one day he's gonna have to trust you and your growing up and it's time for you to start making your own decisions. if he real does trust you he would have a problem with it. if that doesn't work try and reason with him. my parents won't let me get my lip pierced. i told them that and we settled to have it done next year. my parents are also super stricked. i hope this works and good luck with your old man! Just ask him straight up and offer that you will keep straight A's in school for the next 6 months! That's what I did in 7th grade when I wanted my doubles done.
