I want to dye it a "crazy" color what should I dye it?

I need good diet tips, I wanna go on a diet but i don't want to drastically change my diet and i don't want to starve myself. I'm defiantly not going to go on an all liquid diet either, suggestions??

Okay so today I was at school and I felt fine but then all of a sudden BOOM I got a really sharp and throbbing pain in my stomach and I figured it was just a small stomach ache so I sat and waited for it to stop but it got worse so I went to the nurse and I didn't have a fever so she couldn't do anything about it. Then all of a sudden the pain stopped and I was fine, What happened?

(The pain was in my mid stomach and it hurt really bad and it brought me to tears. I'm pretty sure it wasn't cramps because they're usually lower.)

I am hungry and I need a simple sauce with ingredients that I will have on hand please :)
