Taking into consideration the food items that you don't like/want, there are still a ton of things you can add to your sandwich for lunch. Consider adding the following to your sandwich: turkey, ham, roast beef, chicken, lettuce, onions, cheese, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, spinach, and peppers (roasted or fresh peppers,) peanut butter and banana, peanut butter and jelly, peanut butter/marshmallow/banana, butter and peanut butter, or butter and jelly.

Additional healthy items that you can take in your lunch include:

    yogurt

fresh fruit (with caramel or peanut butter for apples and bananas)

sugar free jello or pudding cups

    mixed fruit cups

    granola bar

    goldfish crackers (alternative to chips)

    pretzels (alternative to chips)

marshmallows or gummy candy (satisifies sweet tooth with minimal calorie intake)

    lightly buttered popcorn

    animal crackers

vegetables with ranch dip or peanut butter

    macaroni, potato, or pasta salad

    cheese or peanut butter crackers

Hopefully this gives you some ideas! Keep your lunch in a brown paper bag to keep it cold. You shouldn't have to worry about the food spoiling until lunch time as long as you keep it in the fridge at home until right before you leave for school. You could consider buying an inexpensive insulated lunch box too if you are worried about the food going bad. Try freezing a water bottle and placing it in the bag with your lunch to serve as a disposable ice pack.

Many long years when I was in school I often brought cheese and lettuce sandwiches, The bread was spread with butter. I also brought peanut butter & jelly, cream cheese & jelly, salami with mustard (I know-no mustard) and the salami really smelled and everyone knew what I had for lunch. If my mom had made tongue, corned beef, roast chicken or roast beef that was my sandwich on the next school day. We didn't have locker so we had to cart our lunch and books around with us until lunch time which was usually 4-6 hours after we left home. Idon'tt' recall anything everyspoilingg. Add some lettuce and tomato or other greens to your salad. If you don't like mustard or mayo as a sandwich, you can always use Ketchup, Tepanade (olive spread) or Pesto.

what ive been doing for lunch lately is getting tyson premade chicken strips and throwing them on the skillet for like a little bit until they are cooked to desire- it doesn't take a long time (you could do this the night before)

getting a tortilla wrap and putting lettuce, ranch, tomato (you don't need to put it if you don't want to), a little onions, maybe even some provolone and then adding the chicken and im able to make a healthy, tasty as hell wrap in about 10minutes.

Have you ever tried quinoa? I make mine with vinegar, mustard (again, you can do whatever you want) onions, peppers, cranberry crasins (which by itself are delicious), and some other stuff i can't really remember off the top of my head.

You could also get non fat plain yogurt and bring a thing of fresh cut up fruit and adding it to the yogurt when you are ready to eat.

fruit by itself is always a good way to go to be healthy but it can get kinda boring

idk here are some ideas. Healthy foods are around but aren't always as convenient as junk food just give yourself time to prepare!

A bologna or turkey bacon sandwich. I don't cook turkey bacon so it's good... Bread then put on the bologna or turkey bacon(uncooked beef breakfast strips work too) then put lettuce, cheese and carrots...

butter is a good choice but only in moderation you could also try using cheese, lettuce together because they are high in iron and cut down on the mayo because it causes excess weight
