today at school i got a really bad stomach ache?
Okay so today I was at school and I felt fine but then all of a sudden BOOM I got a really sharp and throbbing pain in my stomach and I figured it was just a small stomach ache so I sat and waited for it to stop but it got worse so I went to the nurse and I didn't have a fever so she couldn't do anything about it. Then all of a sudden the pain stopped and I was fine, What happened?
(The pain was in my mid stomach and it hurt really bad and it brought me to tears. I'm pretty sure it wasn't cramps because they're usually lower.)
It isn't appendicitis because im alive and it was all over in my mid stomach.

Hopefully I'm wrong but the only thing I can think of is possibly appendicitis. Was it mostly on your right side by chance? If it comes back try to see a doctor.

It's normal. My stomach ache is pretty horrible too, it lasted for a week. I cried as well because it's painful. Guess it's time for you to eat up. Don't let yourself starve.
