What's the lowest powered processor I could get away with using?
If I wanted to be able to surf the internet, listen to Spotify, and torrent at the same time?

1.6ghz at least dual core as one may cause freezing and crashes you should use at least 1gb ram for basic usage But if you intend to watch videos i would go with a 2ghz processor at the least and 2gb ram along side.
