I'm guessing you're probably not seeing those you've given Thumbs Down to.

Either the answer got a high number of Thumbs Down & was hidden from view, was deleted by the answerer or was reported as a Violation

More info would help. This sometimes can happen on the mobile version with some devices. If on a mobile, switch to Desktop mode. Otherwise, it is a glitch or the answers were deleted as violations.

If they have a low rating or if you have given an answer a thumbs down it will not appear
when you go to vote
to have a low rating it must have 5 more thumbs down than thumbs up
