Spider body size vs distance between fangs?

With other animals it's possible to take something like the length of a footprint or a certain bone and guess how big or tall that particular animal is. Can you do the same with something like a spider bite?

If you could provoke a spider to bite into something that would leave a permanent impression, yes.

On human skin, spider fangs are so tiny, the puncture would close almost instantly, leaving no trace.

To determine the body size, however, the genera of spider would need to be known. IE:

Jump spiders, for their small size, have rather large fangs, where the giant house spider, for its large size, has rather tiny fangs.
