Do u suggest getting a liquid cpu cooler?
Does it leek,and is it better than air cooling and have a good performance,if yes suggest a good liquid cpu cooler if not suggest an air cpu cooler,thanks

REAL water cooling is better then air cooling, yes, how ever with a REAL water cooling setup you do risk the chance of it leaking. When I say REAL water cooling i'm referring to a custom water cooling setup, not a closed loop cooler such as the Corsair H100i or H80i, etc.
Unless you're going for extreme overclocking don't bother with water cooling.
