What the PM of India will say on 15 August ?

what should be the main points of PM's speech? the Indo-China border issue which is now crossing it's line of danger, Or Indo-Pakistan's border's issue or corruption....Or do you think something very different very positive to say for him?...

actually I am re-posting the question..coz I didn't get any answer why? tell me what every you think! thanks.

    The points in his speech will be mainly from the point of view of the coming elections in 2014.
