What does dueling in DCUO give me?
Does it give exp or money? what are the benefits from dueling with other players? is it just for fun?

it's MOSTLY for fun.
but there are also feats for dueling (participate in xxx duels, dominate xxx duels, win xxx duels by the skin of your teeth, etc). feats = skill points = character progression.
it's also practice -- experience for you, the player -- and a good way to learn the rock-paper-scissors mechanics in DCUO PvP.

Nothing it just keeps a record of your wins and losses with other players that you have dueled
