URGENT!!! Acne Pads & Poison Ivy/Oak/Sumac?

Do acne pads help get rid of poison oils? I figured so because they draw out unwanted oils from your skin... Would it work on the starting phases of poison ivy/oak/sumac? not sure what one I ran into- but it is itchy as HELL!

    Homeopathic Rhus Tox. Acne pads won't help.
