Why do people think they can get a recording contract ?
People always believe that they can sing without taking professional lessons.
Why would a record company give you millions of dollars when all you do is day dream and you know nothing about professional recording ?
There is not a record executive alive who would give some stupid kid millions of dollars and they are totally dumb when it come to music .
You cannot fool record executives into believing that you can sing when they are trained musicians and have degrees in music .
If you watch garbage like American Idol and America's Got Talent then you are stupid enough to believe in anything

I've never taken a singing lesson in my entire life, yet I'm majoring vocally and dramatically in a performing arts school. That doesn't mean I'm professional, but my school still recommended me to a record company, and I've made my first demo. And theyre not gonna give me millions of dollars.. that depends on how my songs sell. Even though I've been recommended to a record company, I think that if I don't make it, I'm gonna focus more on acting or making it to Broadway. Dude, let me just tell you, you have to be a talented performer, and youll make it in the business. You don't need expensive professional lessons.
