Come on libs and repubs can you both agree that congress needs term limits?
It's obvious that the congress will never impose term limits themselves. However artical 5 in the US constitution says the states can add an amendment. If you want things to start working in DC I think this is the way to go. Lets get the bums out of DC. Who is with me on term limits? This shouldn't be a right vs left thing. Isn't everyone sick of the corruption in DC?

If you feel like a peon then become a mover. Since you can take all the representatives and place them in the same category term limits are not the answer. it's an informed public that is the answer.

But federal law always overrides state laws. The Civil War, for example. If you're looking for a modern example, look at the feds raiding and shutting down marijuana dispensaries.
