When you delete someone on snap chat..?
can they still send you pictures? And will they notice?

I think it depends whether you have "Who can send you snaps" set to "Everyone" and not just friends. If you delete them, they won't be your friend anymore but if it's set to everyone they will be able to send you snaps and I don't think they will notice.
