Taiwanese citizen because of grandfather?

Can you become a taiwanese citizen with just the fact that your grandfather was taiwanese? Where can I find the steps to do so?

    To apply for citizenship in Taiwan (ROC), one of your parents must be a citizen at the time of your birth. You will need to have the document/record for it.

    Or you were born in Taiwan.

    Otherwise, go through proper immigration and naturalization process.
