Does this outift look good on me?
I have purple nike dunks (high tops) with bright yellow shoe laces and a blue nike logo. I also have a shirt with similar colors. Should I either wear brown shorts, plaid short( cream white) , or tan shorts that are also plaid. I'm thinking of wearing a black shirt instead. Should I include nike elite socks or just the plain nike crew socks? I have light brown skin and black hair. Any ideas on how to improve it or make it look good?

plain shocks too much color will make it look busy.

Black socks plain or elite style and the brown shorts will look good with a black shirt- something else will need to match the shoes
With a purple shirt white crew socks will look better and prob the plaid cream white plaid shorts (maybe the tan plaid ones)
The elite OTC socks will look still better with that outfit imho (see link below)
