Did he commit a hit and run?!?!?

I met a handsome 25 year old man approx 2 weeks ago. We hit it off. He told me I was beautiful and he took me out for drinks. We had a good time. Since then he has taken me out on 4 other dates and called/text me every day. He has been honest with me. He does have a lot of lady friends which I'm not too crazy about but he insists they are just friends. He is single. We had sex Thursday. I know I probably should have waited longer but hey at least it wasn't the first night and I made it past the 3 date rule. He kissed me goodbye that night and said he call me later. On Friday he was evasive. Didn't call and only responded by my text by saying he'd call me later. Saturday I knew he was going out to a party but still I text him and nothing. Not even a reply. It is now Sunday I text him again and nothing. So, did he just commit a hit and run on me?!?! What should I do? I don't even know what to think and what to make out of this situation. Please help.
