    I like this free tool it's called Toolwiz care.I would recommend using the registry back up tool that comes with it first.Then play around with it.Don't just jump in and start running everything spend some time learning the tool.

    Use tune up utility or advanced system optimizer.

    Till then use check disk and disk defragment. Delete junk files. When you dont need net put it off.

    Delete the junk on it. Also upgrade the processor, ram and storage space.
