Girls (18-25yrs), what do you look for in a guy?

I'm a 23 year old male in the uk, and have yet to find a partner. Whilst I'm by no means the most outgoing, confident or best looking person in the world; I'm honest, have a good sense of humour and can tell inoffensive jokes. I know how to treat with respect and wouldn't dare hurt anyone. I can even do the housework and cooking! :)

I'm not interested in one night stands and sex. Sex can come later after I've built a strong connection with someone. Eventually I'd love to be a father and possibly get married too.

I have a bit of an infuation on a work colleague and she is 25 but in a relationship. She can't figure out why I'm single either.

So my question is this: What do you look for in a bloke and do you have any genuine tips for a better chance at dating in a bid to find my princess? The only reason why I'm only asking a specific group of people is only because that is the age range I'm looking for.
