It has power steering but when they put the front end loader on it then steering got hard. I think low hyd fluid but can anyone tell me how do i know how much i just see a place in back of seat to add oil no dip stick. how you know you have enough in it and not over fill. It is a Diesel tractor.

Farm tractors with a narrow front end (tires close together) naturally steer harder than a tractor with a wide front end with wide wheels and tires for more floatation.
If you can not find the hydraulic system dip-stick can a New Holland Dealer as Ford owned New Holland for a few years.

Follow the hydralic line up to the box on the thing for adding fluid. It's hard to overfill them so I wouldn't worry about that too much. Good luck!
