How to stop eating so much and loose weight?
When i'll eat and feel as if i cannot stop and will continue eating and will not stop until i'm full..

Stop eating high carb and processed foods (no snack or junk food). If you need to snack, eat something high in protein or fiber (like an egg, beef jerky, or veggies). I find that if I eat processed carbs, I get really hungry, and then I can't stop eating. If I just eat high protein or fiber foods I never really get intense cravings and can control my hunger.
A lot of it also has to do with having self control and just making yourself stop and go do something else. If you know you typically snack at night while watching tv, find something else to do instead of watching tv (go for a run, walk your dog, work on a project, ect.).

find other occupations and hobbies instead of eating too much food. Eat more vegetables and fruit. These for start.
