White sturgeon: can you farm raise this fish in a tropical climate?
I live in a tropical area. The weather is hovering at 78-92 degree Fahrenheit. I have a fish farm for tilapia which thrives really well. I want to raise white sturgeon for aquaculture and farm it for meat and caviar. Will it grow in a warm weather like Philippines? Will it grow as fast as it would in a cold water if I provide it with really well oxygenated and filtrated water?

No. White sturgeon are COLD water fish. They wouldn't survive.
White sturgeon grow extremely slow, so what you plan on doing is rather pointless. They don't get to breeding size until they're about 12 years old.
