Where do you see Spurs with Bale + Willian + Lamela?

Willian and Lamela would be fantastic signings and I genuinely believe their midfield and attack would be fairly close to anyone's in the league (with or without Bale). Could just be paper talk but it seems much more than that at this stage.

If they lost Bale...

That is an excellent front 6, and they still have quality players like Gylfi, Chadli, Holtby, Dembele. Even guys like Defoe can fill in for Soldado from time to time.

Assuming they buy the two, Paulhino, Lamela, Willian and Soldado are all very good players who have been imported from other leagues. I don't think some people realise just how talented those four players are. I am not a fan of their full-backs (should sell Bale and make Coentrao part of the deal, really, if he's willing to come and it won't break their wage structure), but the rest of their team is pretty strong and they have some depth at GK, CB and in midfield and attack.

I'm really liking the team Tottenham are building. However, I've felt that way about them for a while.

There is no way they will sign Lamela but if they sold Bale then would be able to get Willian but another player.

With these players, they could easily finish in top 3, not gonna say win the league title cause that's too difficult for them at this moment, but top 3 for sure.
