What should I eat to get my 3200 calories a day?
I workout and do sports everyday. Except on my rest day. Now I read that an active 15 years old teenager like me has to intake 3200 calories a day, and that I have to have 6 smalls meals instead of 3 big ones. Can someone tell me what to eat in the morning, afternoons and evenings? I'm a bit lost.
Also I take Protein Shakes, its just that I need some help with my nutrition because I didn't realize it was going to have such a big impact. So if someone could just tell me what to eat and when to eat those 6 meals a day, I'd be grateful. Thanks guys.

I don't quite know what you should eat but I can tell you where to start up first big mistake do not work out ever and do not do sport ever and another mistake you read something don't ever read people lie especially on the Internet do not believe anything you see on the Internet plus I take in one calorie a day and seventeen meals. Now being lost,being lost is a good thing.... and nutrition, no impact whatsoever on your body at all don't worry about it its cool.. last but not least for your meals you should eat breakfast brunch lunch linner dinner and a midnight snack...
