Final fantasy II in english?

I want to play ff2, the one released in japan, in English. I had one on my old virgin mobile phone, but I can't find one for my . The one on the android is in Japanese. Anyone know of an English version? I'd rather have an official version ( I'd even pay for it), but I'll take a hacked version on an emulator if I must.

    im sure you can find translated roms of it.

    Also the game was re-released on playstation 1 as final fantasy origins containing ff1 and ff2 from the nes.

    Also the GBA made a re-release of FF1 and FF2 from the nes, and i believe they added extra content.

    And lastly i believe they also re-released the games for IOS and android on the apps stores.
