What do you do at university if you don't drink?
I don't drink, in the uk that's pretty much how you meet people at the start of uni. What else do I do?

I'm from the UK too - are you staying in student accommodation/halls? That's how I met most of my friends. I wasn't much of a drinker before university but wasn't adverse to the idea; perhaps you'll feel the same way when you start uni. If you're decidedly teetotal, then that doesn't automatically mean you'll be friendless. Two of my best friends at university - both flatmates - didn't drink at all and very occasionally joined in on 'nights out'.
You'll meet people in your accommodation, on your course, and your students' union will have a range of societies for you to join so you can meet like-minded people with whom you share interests. If you have any other questions or concerns about starting uni, feel free to message me on here.

Study, work hard and get a part time job in the field you eventually want to work it. It will give your career chances a huge boost.
If you do party, just drink non alcoholic beer or wine and enjoy yourself!

There are non-alcoholic drinks: soda, ginger beer (which I love), lemonade, water, etc. what's wrong with that?
You could also go to AA meetings, and meet other non-drinkers.
