A FULL AND BETTER DESCRIPTION OF YOUR MOTOR AND JUST WHERE THE CHUNKS ARE COMING OUT AND THE CHUNKS WILL HELP.
It could be salt build up from the exhaust cavity. The chunks would look and feel like sand. I don't think it's something I'd worry about, but a better description, make and model of the motor. would be useful.
