Good reads is a place to see if other people liked the book. It is not a place to read books for free.

If the book is in copyright, the author, publisher, and lots of other people worked hard to make that book and 99% of the time, they want money for the book. If you can't afford to buy it, use the public library because the library uses tax dollars to buy books.

If the book is out of copyright, use Gutenberg. Otherwise use sites where authors that want to give it away put the book legally. Don't go to sites where people stole the book.
