    our Diet

    1. It should be full of proteins because your hair is made of proteins , you should also consume diary products and foods rich in vitamin a , b and c .

    2. Fruits and vegetables

    3. Take hair supplements

    4. drink loads of water

    5. excericse to keep the blood flow going or do scalp massages accompained by natural oils

    Care routine

    1. Don't wash it everyday maybe every other day or two days the less the better trust me ( try using sulpate free ones )

    2. Before washing your hair moisturize it with olive oil and leave it for 30 min to 5 hours depends on how fast your hair absorbs the moisture

    3. Weekly deep conditioning

    4. do a daily moisturizing treatment add a bit of oil at night focusing on your scalp and ends

    5. Don't use heat as often when you need to use a good heat protectant

    6. wear protective styles especially at night and protect your hair from the sun

    7. trim every 4 -5 month telling you to trim your hair every 3 month or less is such a bad idea you won't notice much growth it depends on every other person if you protect your hair and you don't use heat as often you do not to trim your hair a lot

    8. they say don't brush your hair in the shower or when wet , you can use a wide tooth comb if your hair is hard to de tangle when it gets or dry if not just don't comb or brush it

    9. anti frizz spray and leave in condiyionrt

My hair is the same way!

just leave conditioner in for ten minutes when taking a shower, then comb through it with a wide tooth comb. Rinse it out with cold water (not fun, but it's worth it). Then (I know this sound weird) don't dry your hair with a towel. The fibers in the towel rubbing on your hair make it alot frizzier. Use a T-shirt to pat it dry. It really helps my frizz. Also try to not touch with your hands, that creates frizz. And use leave in conditioner alot.

How about a keratin treatment to smooth your hair out for a few months? I mean if your hair is thick then it'll work wonders. It makes hair looser and softer so it’s so much more manageable. No frizz at all. It lasts for months and it's safer than any relaxer or perm because keratin is a natural protein. The cocoa keratin one online is the best one. This is if you have money to spare and you want something more long lasting. It makes hair look awesome though, and you probably won't want to straighten it after that.

    Try these:

-Use LESS shampoo and MORE conditioner! Shampoo dries out your hair which also causes frizz.

-Avoid heat. Try to cut down on using hair blower, straightners, curlers, etc. Always use a heat protectant product!

-Take water, your favorite hair products, and your hair conditioner and mix them in a bottle. Once done, apply it to your hair. It will make your hair soft and less frizzy

-End your shower with a COLD rinse. Hot water makes your hair dry, frizzy, and brittle. Cold water will make it more shiny and sleek!

-Always put on a leave-in-conditioner or oil in your hair! Argan oil and olive oil are great for example. Your hair needs to be moisturized

    Hope this helped :)

I know keratin shampoos can help, my hair is especially curly and frizzy and I use a shampoo and conditioner by Cocoa keratin, then some argan oil on damp hair to make it look smoother and less frizzy. The keratin smoothes and de-frizzes, as does the argan oil which additionally hydrates.

Make sure you use a deep conditioner/hair mask and leave it on as long as you can bear and then wash it off with cold water (hot water damages hair), after when your hair is still damp apply a hair oil if you don't have hair oil use olive oil, coconut oil, canola oil or jojoba oil (remember a little goes a long way.)
