Is 11 to old to play american girl dolls?

My neighbor is 11 and still plays american girl dolls. She has a dollhouse and everything for them. Is it to old?

    Are you kidding? That stuff was MADE for kids her age. I'm thirteen and it was still cool at 11!

    No I grew out of dolls when I was around your neighbours age so yeah....
