When I go into the Air Force will my spouse get free healthcare?
My husband has a cleft lip and has many surgeries he needs. His teeth are also very bad from the cleft palate too. If I go into the air force, will they pay for the healthcare he needs? from his surgeries to his dental care?

no. Dental is separate from Tricare( regular med insurance) and requires a monthly fee and co pays of up to 80% of the cost of the treatment.
interesting that an adult has a cleft lip since that is one of the easiest surgeries to do and is frequently performed on infants.

Tricare places no restrictions on pre-existing conditions for newly eligible beneficiaries for any medical procedures or services that Tricare normally covers (basically anything that is “medically necessary”). Tricare does cover dialysis, and it covers most organ transplants.
When you are done with your training, all you will need to do in order for him to use Tricare is register him under your military sponsorship in the DEERS (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System), the Defense Department’s eligibility portal for Tricare. Once that is squared away, he can use Tricare benefits.
Dental insurance does come separately and you have to pay a monthly fee for it.
The current monthly premium rates are listed below. The TRICARE Dental Program is a "pay ahead" program so you'll pay in one month for the following month of coverage.
Active Duty Family Members
•Single: $10.66 per month
•Family: $31.96 per month
You can get more information on DEERS registration by visiting the local ID Card/DEERS office on any military installation or by calling the main DEERS support office toll-free at 1-800-538-9552.
