Wella color says 2:1 developer to color.. so my friend (a cosmetology student)..?
..was going to color my hair w/ Wella. Ive been doing it myself for years so I know (and box said) thats its 2:1 ratio.. I have really short hair so I told him to use half bottle of color and twice as much developer. He did but then argued with me that THAT IS NOT A 2:1 RATIO. we got into a huge argument. I said yes it is (even if you look at it as .5 to 1)and he kept saying no. So question is... IS IT STILL CONSIDERED A 2:1 RATIO OF DEVELOPER TO COLOR?
