which graphic card nis better?
I am looking forward to playing X rebirth and the recommended specs for the graphic card is
Nvidia GT500 series with 1GB RAM
And I have : Graphic is: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 1GB GDDR5 for Win 8
I don't know much about cards and all the names are confusing me, I assume that my 640 beats a 500 but like i said I do not know much about them...
Is my card good regarding this card?

not really , it is more a multimedia card than gaming one. A gt 550 would be better than that card. A gtx 460 would beat it hands down.
With nividia the x50 (eg 550 , 650) is the entry level gaming card. the x60 will be a better choice. so 560 or 660 for gaming. But i would not ge velow a x50 if you want to play anymodern games at a decent graphics level.
