Is cycling at 100rpm good?

I've been cycling for a really long time now and I was just wondering is an average rpm of 100 good?

    Up to 100 you should be good. At 110 most cyclist go into the red zone and the legs start loosing coordination and flail all over. Still, 100 or so should be your max, not your average.

    I do 80-95 most of the time 100 is still good.

    Yes, especially if you can do it over the length of a long distance ride in a MODERATE gear.
