Does anyone identify as both a feminist and an MRA?
I know there are many who consider themselves one or the other and many who are neither. Does anyone identify as both?

I have seen a few users who do. I believe in rights for both men and women - I think you cannot have one without the other.
I think there are some MRAs that do not attack women's rights and feminism and I'm OK with them but most think women's rights mean less rights for men and so attack and misrepresent and lie about feminism to promote sexism toward women in order to boost men's rights. Attacking women is not a good way to promote rights for men - it is counter productive, I think that is why they have done so little good for men.

I certainly consider myself an MRA.
I used to consider myself a feminist until some of the large feminist organizations started pulling stunts like blocking OXFAM from trying to support male victims of sexual violence in the Congo. At that point, I became extremely unhappy with large feminist organizations - which, to me, equates with "feminism".
Without the large feminist organizations, I really don't see how "feminism" is any different than "egalitarianism". If women believe in equality between men and women, then they believe in promoting the health and welfare of MEN when they need it, and WOMEN when they need it.
Right now, most women recognize that boys are in trouble in our education system. The large feminist organizations are universally hostile to the idea of doing anything that might require diverting any resources from girls - consequently, they are NOT for equality. Most women, however, understand that equality would actually entail concentratring on helping out the boys for awhile.
But sorry, when people who declare that they are FEMINISTS in capital letters and then say things like:
"Women have always been the primary victims of war. Women lose their husbands, their fathers, their sons in combat. Women often have to flee from the only homes they have ever known. Women are often the refugees from conflict and sometimes, more frequently in today’s warfare, victims. Women are often left with the responsibility, alone, of raising the children."
-- Hillary Clinton, PBS interview, 10/25/2011
Yeah, I start really distrusting feminism. I still consider dieing to be worse than the things that these living women are putting up with.
By the way, I'm a liberal. I really wanted to vote for Hillary Clinton - but until she figures out just how stupid a statement that is and backpedals, as far as I'm concerned, that kind of sexism would make me vote for the other party just on principle.

I guess I do, or at least I have a lot in common with people on both sides. There is still a lot of gender inequality and sexism towards both sexes.
For example, in society a "girly man" is looked down upon or laughed at, while a "tough girl" is something admirable. Feminine traits aren't valued as much as masculine traits are. That's just what I've noticed.
I also don't agree with the negative portrayal of men in movies, TV, etc. They are stereotyped as stupid, lecherous, uncultured, and generally bad with children. Plus, many laws and court decisions in real life favor women over men, such as in child custody cases where women are the preferred parent. It's just not right.
So I guess I identify as both.

I am just an observer but It's my personal theory that most antifeminist MRA's were probably raised by a feminist. So you could say they have a unique perspective of what it is they do and do not like. I don't think they hate women they are perturbed and are breaking out so to speak.
I could be wrong but the way I see it MRA's know feminists very well. Cause if you listen to them they seem to fight the language as if they know it better than most modern feminists. Almost like it's been branded on them and they are trying to rip it off.

Most people who identify as neither and both are very similar.
Or the one who identified as neither is a traditionalist, just my experiences.

You can't.
I've been both.
