Olive oil dosage for constipation?

I came out of the ER this past week for gastritis and haven't had a BM for about 4 days so I found out Olive oil is supposed to be a good laxative on the internet but could not find dosage information. I took 2 table spoons of virgin olive oil a couple of hours ago and was wondering when I should take another dose if I still can't poop?

    Coconut oil works much better. It's solid. If you heat it up a little it will become liquid. Take a couple teaspoons. That should get things moving.
