Do I have an eating disorder ?

Im 18 5'2 and weigh 92 lbs. I do one hour of exercise a day (walking). I don't count calories necessarily but I try not to eat alot of food. When I go out to eat is the only time that I really eat a full meal. For breakfat I have a yogurt, for lunch I have some grapes and for dinner a peanut butter sandwhich on wheat bread. Some people tell me I have an eating disorder and other people tell me that Im healthy.

Update:

and sometimes for dinner I make a bowl of whole grain pasta.

You dont have an eating disorder its just you are far from getting enough calories. If you ask me it seems you get around 500-600 calories on an average day, thats way too little.

I think you need to ask yourself why you exercise so much and eat so little. Your body needs time to rest and repair itself. Take a day off from exercising once in a while. I hope that you eat some leafy green vegetables sometimes. They provide vitamins that your body needs. I hope you eat meat, or if you are a vegetarian, high protein food. You need protein for your body to do what it needs to do. You may think you are doing what you need to be healthy by eating little and exercising a lot, but you may be doing yourself harm if you are not getting enough calories, or nutrients.

The goal is to be strong and healthy, not super thin. If you become frail from bad nutrition, you won't be able to do the things you want to do in life, and eventually you will have health issues.

I don't know if you have an eating disorder, but it does sound like you are not giving your body the nutrients it needs. Be careful.

There is really not enough information to this question, by going what you say you eat, it seems like you may be taking in to many calories.. How do you feel about your weight? Do you think you need to lose weight? Do you feel fat? If you answered yes to these questions, then you may have an eating disorder..
