2003 civic oil light stays on?

I installed a used engine and now the oil light won't go out. I tried both sensors and did a manual oil pressure test. Unplug the sensor, nothing makes a difference. The oil pressure sensor wire has .7 volts less then the battery volts.

Update:

I tried the oil sensors off of both engine, no difference,

Did you try to take the sensor off of your old motor and use it....? Sometimes...you can clean the sensor..if it has dirt or oil residue in the inside and maybe stuck.

Not sure if you have some type of computer needing reset..if the old engine ran with out oil and the signal is still in the computer? Doing long distance trouble shooting blind folded is difficult.

Check all of the basics....and I assume you did check to make sure the wiring has continuity from the sensor to the gauge? Good Luck
