Need to find old records?
So I want to find out the history of this building because people that work with me think it has ghosts as its below an old freaky abandoned Apartment and mysterious things happen like things fly off the shelves
I personally think it's a little silly pretty sure there isn't anything
However wanted to know if I could find the records of who used to live there but I don't want to pay for it.

Try the town's historical society.....or the local museum..... personally do not believe in ghosts....and things that go bump it the night.... usually there are explanations

Contact the local newspaper and ask if you can go to their morgue, which is what they call the place where they store old issues. Back newspaper issues might be on disk or microfilm at your local library, too.
If your town has a historical society, they might have some information on it as well.
