Quick! The Earth is about to be destroyed and you can only save 3?

What 3 books would you save to represent the human race and its literary achievement?

I am thinking of The Divine Comedy by Dante and The Odyssey or Iliad by Homer but I can't think of a 3rd.

Thoughts?

    As the representation of the human race would be moot at this point, I would choose something a bit more practical. Farming, shelter, and medicine would be more appropriate.
