How does my diet sound ?

Eat : 500 cals

Workout: 5 hours

Which means I will loose 1434 cals and minus the 500 I'm eatting which means I will have burn 934 cals and will lose 6.5 pounds in a week . I'm planning on doing this for a week and a half just to lose ten pounds .

I'm currently 5'2 & 110 lbs . Honestly when I was about 100 pounds I looked better than I do now . I didn't look extremely skinny . I looked fit . I have a small frame so being 100 would look good .

I put a lot of thought into this...

    That would put your body into starvation. In consideration for your health, definitely not a good idea. Try eating small meals every 3 hours to boost your metabolism and eat more veggies and drinks lots of water. Exercise for endurance and toning, with small weight and cardio. My favorites: dailyhiit.com and Zuzkalight.com. They have nutrition tips as well. Good Luck!
