What does classical "Monet" landscape mean?

The paragraph says;

"The villa is situated on a hill which slopes steeply toward the Seine, the Bois de Boulogne, and the city of Paris, in the residential area of Saint Cloud - a neighbourhood characterised by 19th century houses in a classical "Monet" landscape."

I understand they are talking about the painter Claude Monet who seems to have this style of painting that is similar to where the villa is built. But what is this style? what does it mean?

    monet was an impressionist. the writer is trying to be flowery in describing the neighborhood.

    like "the neighborhood looks like a bad basquiat painting"
