Would it be a blessing or a burden to know what others are thinking?

It depends on the situation, but for me I think it would mostly be a blessing. You could read someone's mind and know what troubles they are having in their life and be able to be there for them when they won't tell anyone what's going on. You could also use it as a way of ensuring safety by finding out who wants to do harm to you and others. I can see how it would be a burden, because then you could know what other people are thinking of you and could feel pressure to change your ways to please them. So either way, I guess.

I think that on the whole it would be a burden. Think of the times you wouldn't stop to talk to someone because you could feel them thinking something less than complimentary about you and would feel miffed, or you could sense that they were thinking unpleasant thoughts about life generally. What if you could actually know what is behind the statements made by politicians and wanted to do something to intervene in the crazy way in which they are leading the world into chaos, but were helpless to do so. You would probably end up being declared insane!

Perhaps we would be better off with the kind of instinct dogs have for sensing good and bad in other people. Wait a minute, though! Adolf Hitler was adored by his dog Blondi..... Maybe not!

It'd probably be a burden. I wouldn't want somebody reading my mind, because usually I'm thinking of something crass or perverted. There's a reason I don't verbalize all of my thoughts, and I can only imagine that most people would feel the same as me.

it is a blessing and God Almighty Is With You The Whole Time and Also KNows, the awareness that the unseen cohabitating realm of beings already do know what you are thinking and some before you are even aware of it, God Almighty KNows the thought before its formed and there is a multitude of witnesses that witness every thought and action you do , this has been for two thousand years, is not a trespass and is the actual reality of the being human since Christ JEsus finished the works Almighty god sent Him to finish. its if a blessing since you right away catch where you are going wrong and also you can learn to take captive every thought. Many know what others are thinking, that is normal human existence, and it is the community being we are on every level including thought. This never changes. Being aware of it is wise.

burden not a blessing for most but id want to be in sync with a few close friends not everyone ... some are not even conscious of what they think and i wouldnt want that kind of violation its dangerous id just force myself of thinking many things at once blocking it or focusing in on sex or some other entertainment

It is not a matter of "wanting" it. It would be a burden, not a blessing.

Probably a bit of both depending on the situation you're in.

You would probably find out that some people really don't like you when you thought they did, but6 that's ok, screw em and go play poker.
