Why do Conservatives ?
why do conservatives, which most of them don't earn over 50,000 dollars a year want to stop Obama care when it will lower health care cost for everyone.
Starting on October 1, America will take a huge step towards universal health care. That's the day that 22 million uninsured Americans will be able to start getting affordable health insurance under Obamacare.
But now, with just weeks to go, right-wing groups have launched a multi-million-dollar campaign to torpedo Obamacare before it even gets started.1
Their plan: Mislead young people about how the law works so they get scared and don't enroll. The problem is that it really could work because if younger, healthier people don't participate, then costs will skyrocket and Obamacare will fail. Period.

Republicans have spent well over $200 MILLION bucks putting out misinformation on ObamaCare. These are shameless people.
And, ObamaCare is already working for millions.
Why are Republicans so evil? I just don’t get it.

Not exactly
On October 1st people can begin to register for State Health Insurance Exchanges
But not all states have them, and coverage doesn't begin until next year
Millions of uninsured people won't have that option on October 1st
Then, as most adults know, the amount of actual payments are unknown
until the provider actually receives payment from the insurance company
Until then no one really knows what benefits will be paid
Also, there are over 15,000 pages of new regulations on doctors and hospitals
That will increase the costs of compliance for everyone involved
And they aren't going to absorb those added costs
the "savings" will be passed on to patients

Go educate yourself on what Obamacare really does and then see if your really believe it will actually do any good. Obamacare is the biggest tax in the history of world, it has already raised premiums and the 1 Trillion it initially cost has already doubled to 2 Trillion. This is a democracy not a socialist country so why do we want the Govt to take over 1/6th of the economy and take control of our lives.

You really don't get it, do you? Instead of providing healthcare to the 15% of Americans who don't have it, Obamacare destroys the healthcare that the other 85% already have. Obamacare is a massive con job designed to fail and to force everyone onto a single payer plan.....which has never worked anywhere.
P.S. You're kind of right, 'Mikey'. Insurance companies are raising rates because once Obamacare goes into effect, it will cap the rates. In other words, they are responding to this government scam rather than responding to market forces. One more piece of evidence that this thing isn't going to work.

What you don't explain is how 198% increase in health insurance premiums is "affordable." (See first link; not a right wing website, either.)
Next, you don't explain that Obamacare is DESIGNED to fail so that the government can step in heroically and "save" healthcare in the US. Just ask Harry Reid, who in a rare moment of candor, explains exactly that. (See second link.)
And lastly, Obamacare STILL doesn't cover everyone. About 26 million will STILL be without health coverage. (See third link.)

What are you talking about?
Since the Affordable Health Care Act (Obama-care) was passed, my Health Insurance cost has gone from $19.53 per week for Medical/Dental/Vision/Life to $132.67 per week for Medical only (Dental/Vision/Life would raise it over $300.00 per week). So how is this a 'cost' lowering device.
Plus with the $95 or 1% of your yearly income tax penalty placed on you, how would that be a decrease. But then again, most of you will be buying Insurance that pays for you to walk into any medical facility (it will not pay for treatment). Oh by the way, that $95 tax penalty is only for those that earn $9500.00 per year or less. So a Liberal making his/her Liberal Arts degree $20,000.00 per year will be paying $200 per year.
@Mikey: Blue Cross and Blue Shield adopted the Affordable Care Act 100% and it went into affect on January 01, 2012. Plus they were not the only one to do so. You need to do some research for a change.
