Yugioh: with the baby versions of the dragon rulers now banned, what will become of the dragon ruler deck?

The deck is still going to be tier 1, just not as ridiculously op as before.

It's now dragon plants which abuse the easy summoning of the dragons, the synchro power of the plants and the synergy of both parts with debris dragon. The deck can toolbox like crazy to find outs to almost any situation.

It does have a fairly slow start though as you need to have cards in the grave to really abuse the decks power. Plus it is weak to gozen match which most of this formats decks can side.

All in all it should remain a solid contender, and will easily remain tier 1. Parallels could be drawn to wind ups, they lost their truly broken plays to the banlist, but still remain amazing

Well, we all know that the way people have been using the elemental dragon, are now dead. The deck itself is dead because of those 4 baby gone and have to now result to a different strategy for using the adult dragon.

Knowing people these days, they will combine it with different cards and call it dragon something. who knows that time will come, just wait.

Dragon Plants.

you can make a dragon ruler plant synchro deck, a mythical dragon ruler deck (uses mythical wood dragon and mythical water dragon), or you could make a disaster dragon ruler deck, which was what was used before the babies came out anyways.

You can always try hybrids, like Plant Dragon, Dragon heros, the like. No, they are not dead yet.
