What types of cookware work best with a convection cooker?

The heavy based polished Stainless Steal if you can find them

When compared to other SS pots they have a heavier bottom.

They have what appears to have a join attatching the base to the pot, and it actually has a cast material between them

The polished pot inside and out seems to make them easier to clean. They also have a vented glass lid and I bought mine at the Supermarket. I thought they were cheap at about $20.00 each
