Can someone help me identify a Shakespeare quote about suicide?

In my psychology textbook last year there was a section of the book about suicide. It quoted Shakespeare, but I cannot remember the quote -_- only bits and pieces.

It talked about life being trapped or in a cage and that it would "escape" if it had the chance.

Thanks!!

Update:

It wasn't from Hamlet, but thanks!

    "To be or not to be"... to live or not to live..." that is the question"

    It's from Hamlet... can't recall scene and line.

    To be, or not to be: that is the question:

    Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer

    The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,

    Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,

    And by opposing end them? To die: to sleep;

    No more; and by a sleep to say we end

    The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks

    That flesh is heir to,

    Act 3, scene 1.
